our steel pieces are 316l stainless ; hypoallergenic, anti-tarnish, water-safe. won't rust, fade, or green your skin. our brass pieces are anti-tarnish coated: keep them dry (off before showers, workouts, perfume) to protect the finish. wipe both with a soft dry cloth and store in your encore pouch when you're not wearing them.
When will I get my order?
delivery runs 3–7 days depending on where you are:
- mumbai / pune : 3 days
- delhi, bangalore, chennai, kerala : 4–5 days
- rest of india — up to 7 days
you'll get a tracking link on your email and sms the moment your order ships.
what payment methods do you take?
upi, cards, netbanking, wallets, and cash on delivery.
What is the return policy?
you've got 3 days from delivery to raise a return or exchange — just email ask.encoreworldwide@gmail.com with your order id.
if we sent something damaged or wrong, that's on us: full refund, free replacement, or store credit, your choice. no fee, we cover the pickup. if it's just not for you, return it unworn and in original condition (pouch + tags) for store credit or an exchange, with a ₹100 fee. cancellations are free any time before dispatch.
